- Remote Diagnostic: When a potential problem is identified through condition monitoring, our technicians can remotely access the turbine’s control system to diagnose and resolve the problem. The Remote Diagnostics stage makes it easier to mobilize the team to the site to solve problems.
- After the diagnosis, if necessary, the technician or team goes to the site to solve any electrical and/or mechanical malfunction that may be affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
- Failure Reports: These reports provide detailed information about the cause of detected errors and what actions are recommended for correction, ensuring that appropriate measures are implemented to resolve the issue.
